The Gemma floor lamp adds a sculptural accent to contemporary or transitional rooms with its brushed steel finish and black marble base. The three-leg design is cinched at the middle creating a unique, mid-century silhouette. Two 150 Watt or equivalent bulbs provide plenty of illumination, gently diffused by the alabaster frosted glass bowl shade. An Adesso patented 300 Watt Double Socket construction allows for two criss-crossed sockets, each holding on/off 150 Watt incandescant bulbs or equivalent CFL's, which provides approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere using a 150 Watt 3-way bulb and illuminates an entire room. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the shade cup to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. Bulbs are not included.
